Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 club description

In our Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 club, children compete in teams earning points for technique, teamwork, friendship values and winning games / activities.

Children in Year 3 can join this day if there are spaces available.

We may occasionally play a fun Team Up game as part of a warm up alongside the main sport each week. Occasionally the children will be given more choice and may have opportunities to create their own games.

The children begin to be introduced to some newer sports, that the youngest year groups do not take part in that involve a greater degree of skill and safety required, as well as focussing more on tactics.

An example timetable for this club is shown which shows the planned sport and friendship value for each session. Please note that the order of each session may change based on a number of factors. If there are any changes to a session than were previously planned we will update the timetable retrospectively.
