At Team Up Multisports we will always ensure that we have…

• A risk assessment that is continuous and ongoing.

• A paediatric first aid qualified staff on site.

• A fully stocked first aid bag which is replenished after use.

• Parents disclose medical and allergy information when registering for the club.

• We ask for more than one contact number as part of our registration form in case of emergencies.

• We have a Fire safety policy which can be seen on our website.

• We have a safeguarding and child protection policy.

• We follow GDPR practices to ensure confidential information is safe.

• We complete accident and incident reports when they occur at our club.
