Year 2 and Year 3 club Description

In our Year 2 and Year 3 club, children often compete in teams earning points for technique, teamwork, fair play, friendship values and winning games/activties.

Year 1 children can also join on this day if there are spaces available. Year 2 children can also join on Monday and Year 3 children can alos join on Thursday if there are spaces available.

We often play one or two fun Team Up games alongside a sport. The games often link to the skills used in that sport and are a fun introduction to learning new sports. Each week the main sport and friendship value focus will be different.

An example timetable for this club is shown which shows the expected sport and friendship value for each session. You can view the list of our fun Team Up Games by clicking the button below. Depending on the sport, speed of games and behaviour we can expect a game or 2, as well as a sport each week. Please note that the order of each session, may change based on a number of factors, but we aim to provide these sports within this term as shown. If there are any changes to a session, or different games/sports are played than previously planned, we will update the timetable retrospectively.
